China's "Hygienic Standards for the Use of Food Nutrition Fortifiers" (GB14880-1994) stipulates: Cereals and their products, 90-180 mg/kg; liquid and milk beverages, 22.5-45 mg /kg; dairy products, 135~270 mg/kg; infant food, 112.5~315 mg/kg. my country's "Hygienic Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (GB2760-1996) stipulates: oral liquid for children, 600~1000 mg/kg.
Drug testing
① Take 5 mL of this product solution (10 g/100 mL), put it in a test tube, add 1 mL of bromine test solution (20%) and 0.5 mL of dilute sulfuric acid (1+10), heat it on a water bath, and use Stir the glass rod until the yellow color subsides, add 4 g of ammonium sulfate and mix well, and gradually add 0.2 mL of 10% sodium ferricyanide dilute sulfuric acid solution and 1 mL of concentrated ammonia solution along the tube wall to form two liquid layers. After standing for 30min, a dark green ring appeared at the interface of the two liquid layers.
② Take 5 mL of this product solution (10 g/100 mL), add the newly prepared potassium ferrocyanide test solution (10 g/100 mL), white precipitate will occur, separate, and the precipitate will not dissolve in dilute hydrochloric acid.
③ Take 5 mL of this product solution (10 g/100 mL), acidify it with 10% dilute sulfuric acid, add 1 drop of copper sulfate solution (1 g/L) and a few drops of 5% mercuric ammonium thiocyanate solution, and a purple precipitate will be formed .
