I. Introduction

Second, the experimental method

Fourth, the preparation and use:
A solution: the ingredients are fully mixed, add deionized water to 600ml, heated to 70 ~ 80 ℃, the copper, aluminum, steel and its alloys for processing. The copper piece is pre-polished and then immersed in the treatment solution for 3 to 5 minutes to remove the washing. Aluminum blocks, steel blocks immersed in the treatment solution shall not exceed 30 seconds, remove the rinse with tap water.
Solution B: Benzotriazole, triethanolamine and tartaric acid were added to 100 ml of deionized water and heated at about 60 ° C. The other salts were added and mixed thoroughly. The deionized water was added to 650 ml and cooled to room temperature. Fifth, the experiment proved that:
1. The experimental temperature is 70 ~ 80 ℃ for the best, high temperature, low impact quality, the best treatment time of 3 to 5 minutes.
2. The treated metal surface is covered with a thin protective film, with a clear metallic luster, and placed long, shiny as ever.
3. The corrosion solution on the environment without any pollution.
